PALMAS PRO LLC
Privacy Policy
Effective October 12, 2026.
This page explains what information PALMAS PRO LLC collects through this website and how we use it. We keep it short and plain.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us through the website forms or by contacting us.
- Estimate request form: your name, email, phone number, project city, the services you are interested in, and the project description you write.
- Job application form: your name, email, phone number, city or general area, availability, preferred hours, painting experience, transportation, languages, and any notes you write.
- Calls, texts and emails: whatever you send us, plus your phone number or email address.
Please do not put sensitive details in any form, such as Social Security numbers, bank details, ID numbers or medical information. We do not need them to give you an estimate or to review an application.
Where your submission goes
When you send a form, it is emailed to PALMAS PRO LLC at info@palmaspro.com, with a copy to the owner’s email account. The website does not keep its own database of form submissions, so the emails are the record.
How we use it
We use what you send to reply to you, prepare an estimate, schedule work, or review a job application. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone else except people or services that help us run the business, such as our website host and email provider, or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep estimate and job emails for as long as we reasonably need them for the project or hiring decision, and for our business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Cookies and website hosting
The website is hosted by Hostinger. Like most hosts, it may keep basic technical logs, such as IP address and pages visited, for security and to keep the site running. We do not run advertising or tracking tools on this site at this time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by writing to info@palmaspro.com or calling (213) 335-4171.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update this page and the date at the top.
